Service Bookings (Readings, Healing Sessions, and Consultations)
- Non-Refundable Sessions: All one-on-one sessions — including Past Life Regression, Tarot Readings, Akashic Records, Numerology, and Energy Healing — are non-refundable once booked. This is because preparation, energy alignment, and time are dedicated to each personalized session.
- Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule within 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is allowed only once, and the new appointment must be taken within 14 days of the original date.
- Missed Appointments: Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Online Courses & Workshops
- Non-Refundable: All digital courses, workshops, and training programs are non-refundable after purchase. Immediate access to valuable content, materials, and insights is granted upon enrollment, making refunds impractical.
- Exceptional Cases: In cases of severe medical emergencies (with valid proof), we may offer to defer your course enrollment to the next available batch.
Products (Healing Tools, Spiritual Products)
- Return Eligibility: Physical products like healing stones, or spiritual tools are carefully selected and energized before delivery. Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or defective.
- Return Process:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
- Share clear images/videos of the damage for verification.
- Once verified, a replacement will be shipped.
- No cash refunds will be provided for physical products, only replacements.
Refund Timelines
- Service Cancellations: If a rare refund exception is made (e.g., double payments due to technical issues), the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Product Replacements: Replacements will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after verification of damaged goods.
